Poly Lens Shows Blank Window

Poly Lens may show a blank window when launching. Additionally, the taskbar icon shows two options MAIN.TRAY.OPEN and MAIN.TRAY.QUIT instead of Open and Quit Poly Lens.

This may occur if Windows Scripting Host (WSH) is turned off. Check the registry value Enabled under the following keys:

• HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings

• HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings

If the value is set to 0 under either key, WSH is turned off.

Another way to tell is open a command prompt and type cscript. If it is turned off, it will show CScript Error: Windows Script Host access is disabled on this machine. Contact your administrator for details.
