Cadzow 2000's Filter Toolbar

In some screens our Filter Toolbar is displayed at the top of the screen, usually when you are presented with a list of information.

For example, in the EMAIL MANAGEMENT or ENQUIRIES screen.

You can modify the filter by adding more criteria or changing the existing criteria. This feature only applies to the list onscreen, not to the various reports.

Sort Ascending/Descending

1. Click the field you want to use for sorting.

2. Click either the SORT ASCENDING or SORT DESCENDING buttons on the toolbar. Note: you can select two or more adjacent columns at the same time, and then sort them. Cadzow 2000 sorts records starting with the left most selected column.

3. To remove the sort, click on the REMOVE FILTER/SORT button.

Filter By Selection

This feature allows you to limit the list by including certain values.

1. Select a value in the list that you want to use as criteria.

2. Click FILTER BY SELECTION button on the toolbar. Repeat this process until you have the records you want.

3. Repeat this process until you have the records you want.

4. To remove the filter, click on the REMOVE FILTER/SORT button.

Filter Excluding Selection

This feature allows you to limit the list by excluding certain values.

1. Select a value in the list that you want to use as criteria.

2. Click FILTER EXCLUDING SELECTION button on the toolbar (eg. in the below example we have selected hollow.com.au). Repeat this process until you have the records you want.

3. To remove the filter, click on the REMOVE FILTER/SORT button.

Remove Filter/Sort

This removes any filters/sorts that you may have applied to the list.
