Assign a profile to a group of people/organisations

You can use profiles to track many extra pieces of information on organisations/people, then use this information in Enquiries searching and reporting.

Sometimes it is useful to assign a particular profile to all organisations/people in the ENQUIRIES RESULTS LIST.

1. Do your Enquiries search as usual, and choose NEXT STEP (so that you can see the RESULTS LIST).

2. Tag and untag entries as you wish (as only those tagged will be assigned the profile).

3. Choose SPECIAL section tab.

4. Under SET PROFILES choose the profile you are interested in.

5. Choose SET PROFILE button. This profile is then assigned to all the tagged entries in the result list.

Note: it does not matter if the organisation (or person) already has that particular profile.
