Configuring Outlook to Include BCC When Printing

By default, Microsoft Outlook does not show the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field when printing. However the field may be added programmatically.

The procedure is to create a new module, insert the code referenced above, then add the resulting macro to the Toolbar using the Customise option.

To print a message with the BCC field, click the Toolbar option, instead of choosing the usual Print option.

One drawback to this technique is that it does not prompt for the printer to use. Simply set the default printer as required.
