This may be caused by low memory. See Low Memory Problems. It may also be caused by a very old MDAC stack when used with SQL Server data files. Install MDAC 2.1 (at least), or preferably MDAC 2.5, or the highest MDAC for your operating system. Windows Vista and above contain suitable version of MDAC. |
