Microsoft Excel: Error When Loading Add-In

When opening Microsoft Excel with an add-in, or an Excel file with macros and VBA code, you may receive:

• System Error &H80004005 (-2147467259). Unspecified error.

• Out of Memory.

This may be resolved by clearing the TEMP directory, then performing a Repair of the Microsoft Office installation (or a Detect and Repair from the Help menu, if offered).
