iTunes Doesn't Sync Outlook Contacts to iPhone

This may be resolved as follows:

1. In Outlook, go to Tools → Trust Center → Add-ins.

2. Next to Manage, choose COM Add-ins and click Go.

3. Enable iTunes Outlook Addin or iCloud Outlook Add-In.

This may also occur due to Microsoft Outlook 2010 update KB3114409.
