Cadzow 2000 Startup Slow

When starting Cadzow 2000, the startup pauses for a long time at:

Examining local program files...

And then continues normally.

This may happen if there are a large number of files in C:\Program Files, such as more than about 20,000. The Cadzow 2000 startup script searches this location for an appropriate version of Microsoft Access to open. However if there are a large number of files, the search can take a long time (up to a minute or so).

As of Cadzow 2000 version 2013.02.x, on Windows XP systems or better, the startup is instantaneous.
