Advanced User Properties in Home Editions of Windows

Windows XP Home, Windows Vista Home Basic, Home Premium, Windows 7 Home Premium and other non-business/professional editions do not expose the ability to modify all the properties of local user accounts by default. Whereas in Windows XP Professional, Vista Business, Windows 7 Professional and so on these can be accessed via Computer Management applet.
