Toshiba Notebooks — Wireless Connectivity Loss

Toshiba laptops may routinely lose wireless connectivity spontaneously. The wireless adaptor appears fully functional, but does not detect any wireless networks or connect to them.

Disabling/enabling the wireless network adaptor or rebooting the machine restores connectivity for a while.

This may be resolved by uninstalling Toshiba Wireless LAN Indicator.
