Microsoft 365 — Telephone Numbers Missing

After migrating contacts to Microsoft 365, some telephone numbers do not appear on the website or on other devices, although they appear in the Outlook client where the import took place.

This occurs because Microsoft 365 does not have a field for “Primary Phone”, so those fields are not uploaded.

Migrate the numbers to another field such as “Business Phone”.
