Keyboard Not Working

Various devices in Device Manager show “A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)” and keyboards (internal and external) do not work.

This may be caused by a device driver reference which does not have a corresponding driver file. Check the UpperFilters value at the following key:
