Outlook: Open Shared CalendarTo open a shared calendar: Microsoft Outlook- Choose the Calendar view;
- Click on the Home tab;
- Click Open Calendar and choose From Address Book for a shared mailbox or personal calendar, or From Room List for a Room calendar.

- Double-click the room(s) required (it should appear in the field below) and click OK.
Microsoft Outlook for iOS- Tap the Calendar icon at the bottom of the display;
- Tap the profile icon in the top left;
- Tap the + icon:

- Tap Add Shared Calendars;
- Type the beginning of the room name; the list should show it. If it doesn't appear, you may need to try later while Outlook syncs the global address list.
