Operating Web Browsers In Private Mode

“Private Mode” or “Ingonito Mode” in web browsers is a special mode which reduces the browsing footprint on the machine. This includes not saving login cookies, passwords and history. This is useful for shared environments.

To operate a browser session in private mode:

Chrome

Press Ctrl-Shift-N.

Microsoft Edge

Press Ctrl-Shift-N.

Mozilla Firefox

Press Ctrl-Shift-P.
