Windows 95: Fatal Exception

When using Windows 95 you may receive the following error messages:

  • A Fatal Exception 0E has occurred at IA3F:01376567. The current application will be terminated.

  • An exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C001AF98 in VxD IFSMGR (01) + 00003384. This was called from 0028:C0039488 in VxD VREDIR (01) + 00008EDC. It may be possible to continue normally.

  • A Fata Exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C001AF98 in VxD IFSMGR (01) + 00003384. The current application will be terminated.

Note: memory locations will be different for each system.

This may be solved by applying the Dial-Up Networking Upgrade for Windows 95: Dial-Up Networking 1.3 Upgrade, Dial-Up Networking 1.4 Upgrade.
