Locking WindowsWindows NT 4.0/2000 and above allow the workstation to be “locked”. This keeps all your programs running but denies access to the console unless the original user's password is entered. This allows a degree of privacy if you are leaving your computer unattended but do not wish to close all your programs and log out completely. To lock the workstation:
